Terms of Service
Effective: May 21, 2026
Last updated: June 22, 2026
These terms govern your use of Gressio. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Gressio is built by Longway AI. If you have questions, write to contact@gressio.ai.
1. Acceptance of these terms
1.1Your agreement
By downloading, signing in to, or using Gressio — the Windows desktop application, the website at gressio.ai, and any related services — you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.
1.2Organizations
If you are using Gressio on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. The service
2.1What Gressio does
Gressio is a desktop application that turns your meeting talks into real work.
2.2Changes to the service
We may add, change, or remove features over time. We may also limit, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service, and we will give reasonable notice where we can.
3. Your account
3.1Account security
You need an account to use Gressio. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
3.2Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Gressio. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3.3Compromised accounts
Notify us at contact@gressio.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
4.1Lawful use and consent
Use Gressio only for lawful purposes and only with meetings and files you have the right to record, process, and edit. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to record participants in your meetings.
4.2Prohibited conduct
Do not use Gressio to infringe others' rights, to process unlawful content, to attempt to breach or interfere with the security of the service, to reverse-engineer it except where the law permits, or to resell or redistribute it without our written permission.
5. Your content
5.1Ownership
You keep all rights to your meetings, transcripts, files, and the outputs Gressio produces for you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
5.2License to process
You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service — for example, sending audio to a speech-recognition provider for transcription, or passing context to a language-model provider to propose edits. How this works is described in the At service providers section of our Privacy Policy.
5.3Backups
You are responsible for keeping your own backups. Gressio creates pre-edit backups on your device, but we are not a backup service.
6. Third-party services
6.1Third-party providers
Gressio relies on third-party providers to deliver some features — including ElevenLabs for automatic speech recognition, the language-model provider you configure in app settings, and providers that handle sign-in and email. These providers are described in the At service providers section of our Privacy Policy. Your use of those features may also be subject to those providers' terms.
6.2Availability
We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, and their availability is not guaranteed.
7. Intellectual property
7.1Our rights
Gressio, including its software, name, logos, and design, is owned by Longway AI and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.
7.2Your license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Gressio in accordance with these terms.
8. Disclaimers
8.1No warranties
Gressio is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8.2AI and transcription
Gressio uses automated transcription and AI to propose edits. Output may contain errors. Always review Gressio's transcripts and proposed file changes before relying on them.
9. Limitation of liability
9.1Excluded damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Longway AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Gressio.
9.2Non-waivable liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Termination
10.1Ending your use
You may stop using Gressio at any time and delete your account by emailing contact@gressio.ai.
10.2Suspension or termination by us
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we are required to by law. On termination, the licenses granted to you end; sections that by their nature should survive — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — continue to apply.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be at this URL with a new effective date. Where required, we will notify you by email or in-app. Continuing to use Gressio after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
